In the unlikely event that one of our technicians can not rectify a hardware
fault over the phone or by remote access they may decide the best route to
repair would be send an on-site engineer. 247 Total Care have a network of
engineers that can be despatched to your UK mainland location (excluding
Scottish Highlands and remote locations).
Hassle free deliveries and collections
Should a technician require the unit to be returned, the Total Support Care
assistant will arrange deliveries and collections with you. They will also send
a text message to your mobile phone alerting you to the delivery or collection
date. All deliveries and collections are made by reputable courier companies
and are insured against loss or damage.
Upgrade / Downgrade - Our flexible support packages
If you find you need more from your chosen support package, say you
would like the anti-virus/Internet security protection and the remote on-site
service you can upgrade at anytime. Your payment will change accordingly and
you will receive the additional benefits immediately. Alternatively if you find
you would like to downgrade, after the first 12 months you may do so.
Transfer of Support Package
Should you wish to sell your machine or pass it on to a friend or family the
Bronze, Silver or Gold packages can be transferred. 247 Total Care can simply
change the details of ownership and the direct debit / payment information and
the new owner can receive all the benefits of 247 Total Support.
