Please download the drivers for your laptop from the link
on the right. The file is zipped so please extract the file and use
the relevant setup file to reinstall your drivers.

Q. I have a problem with my laptop
.
A. If you have a problem your laptop will not
respond to please press the Ctrl, Alt and Delete buttons
simultaneously and Windows Task Manager will give you a
choice of options to get your system running again. Caution-
you may lose any unsaved data. Despite becoming a joke in
recent years this simple technique really does work!
Q. How can I revert back to
using
Microsoft's wireless utility?
A. You can use
the
wireless network utility that is built into windows rather
than the one that comes with the internal wireless device.
To do this you can do the following:-
Click Start, and choose
Run
Type “services.MSC” and press OK
A
new window will open
Scroll down the list to the right
Highlight (and click once) “Windows Zero Config”
Now click on the word “start “ (highlighted in blue)
This will
now revert back to using the Microsoft wireless utility
Q. How do I turn my
wireless on and off?
A. You can turn the
wireless connection on and off quickly and easily by
pressing Fn and F1
Fn - is the Function key, in blue at
the bottom left of the keyboard
F1 - at the very top of the keyboard
Q. How do I update my Microsoft Software?
A. Please
Click Here to go to the Microsoft Update Site to get the
latest updates for your laptop.
Q. My wireless internet connection wont
work.
A. Please check at your router is powered
and transmitting. Please check your ISP software and
connection are installed and working as specified in the
setup information supplied by your ISP.
Please check your WiFi hardware is installed and working properly-

right). You may be required to re-install the drivers (also
above right).
Q. I cant hear any sound.
A. Check the sound isn't muted. Go to the
Control Panel in the Start Menu. Then Choose Sounds and
Audio Devices to change the sound settings until you hear a
sound.
If your hardware is not working properly you may
have to re-install the audio drivers. Please insert the
Driver CD that came with your laptop and follow the onscreen
instructions (alternatively download the drivers from above).
