Creating your Solution

Making it Work
Solutions projects are managed using the Elonex Project Management Approach (PMA), based on the widely used PRINCE2™ Project Management methodology. The PMA provides Project Managers with access to a valuable resource of processes, methods and controls built up from years of experience. Following acceptance of a proposal, your Elonex ÉProject Manager becomes your Single Point of Contact until project completion, controlling and monitoring the whole project lifecycle and working with your Account Manager and our Purchasing, Production and Installation teams.

Account Management
Your Sales Account Manager will continue to maintain regular contact, ensuring that you are comfortable with the project direction and that it continues to meet your requirements.

Product Sourcing and Purchasing
Sourcing the right products, whether hardware, software or a service, is the responsibility of our experienced buying team who drive hard bargains on your behalf.

Manufacturing, Configuring and Delivery
Working alongside our Project Managers, Solutions Administrators ensure that all products are allocated, built, sourced and scheduled for delivery to site in accordance with the project plan.

Installation and Commissioning
Working to the requirements specified by their Project Manager, trained Installation Consultants commission the solution, ensuring that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.

Post Installation Care
Post-implementation issues up to sign-off are covered by the installation team, who then hand over to our large support desk who are able to select from various telephone, on-line, remote and on-site options to deliver relevant and timely resolutions of user issues.
